By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Intended Use

Rein Hydration sells dietary supplement products, including electrolyte powders, intended for general wellness and hydration support in healthy adults. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle
• You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications
• You will read and follow all label directions and warnings before use

3. Orders & Payment

3a. Order acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

3b. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3c. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

3d. Sales tax

We collect sales tax where required by applicable law. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Rein Hydration is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@reinhydration.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Refunds & Returns

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at reinhydration.com/policies/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

6. Subscription & Auto-Ship (Future)

If Rein Hydration offers a subscription or auto-ship program, the following terms will apply and will be presented clearly at the time of enrollment:

• The billing frequency and amount will be disclosed before you subscribe
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing date by contacting support@reinhydration.com or through your account dashboard
• Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has processed will take effect for the following billing period
• We will provide at least 7 days’ advance notice of any price changes to existing subscribers

7. Health Disclaimers & FTC Compliance
