Refund policy

We stand behind every Rein Hydration electrolyte powder product. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will issue a full refund — no return required.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time purchases of any Rein Hydration product
- Orders placed directly through reinhydration.com
To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, email us at support@reinhydration.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
2. Standard Return Policy
For all orders beyond your first purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
2a. Unopened products
Unopened, factory-sealed products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
2b. Opened or partially used products
We understand you need to try a product to know if it works for you. If you have opened a product and are unsatisfied after a fair trial, please contact us. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, store credit, or exchange at our discretion.
2c. Products not eligible for return
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Products that have been tampered with or show signs of misuse
- Orders where a satisfaction guarantee refund has already been issued on a prior purchase
- Purchases made through third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reinhydration.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping fees at your preference. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email support@reinhydration.com with your order number and reason for the request
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- If a physical return is required, we will provide a return shipping address
- Do not send products back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your request and an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
If you do not see your refund after 10 business days from approval, contact your bank before reaching out to us, as processing times vary by institution.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly at support@reinhydration.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly, and direct contact is the fastest path to resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in your order being flagged in our system.
7. Subscription & Auto-Ship Orders
If Rein Hydration offers a subscription or auto-ship program in the future, this policy will be updated to include specific terms for managing, pausing, or canceling subscriptions and for handling refunds on recurring orders. Customers will be notified of any changes by email at least 7 days in advance.
