Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.00
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15.00

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@reinhydration.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
